Booking terms, in plain English.
What you are booking
A place on The Identity Shift, 11 to 15 November 2026, in Calpe, Spain, run by Sukh Sohal and Steve Walker. Included: accommodation, private chef, gym, training, boxing, ice baths, boat experience, all the coaching. Flights are separate.
Price and payment
£1,500 per person. You can pay in full, or in 3 payments of £500 with Klarna, the first by 30 October and the last a month after we’re back. Klarna is a form of credit, for over 18s and subject to status, and its own terms apply. Your place is confirmed when your payment, or your first Klarna payment, goes through. Bookings close 30 October.
If you can no longer come
Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, or can't come for any reason, what you have paid is not returned, and any Klarna instalments still fall due under your agreement with Klarna. Tell Sukh or Steve as soon as you can.
If we cancel
If we cancel the retreat, everything you have paid is refunded in full. We are not responsible for flights or other costs you have booked separately, which is one reason travel insurance is recommended.
Insurance and health
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers activity holidays and cancellation. You must tell us before booking about any injury, condition or pregnancy that could affect training, walking or cold water, and you take part in every session at your own discretion. Nothing is compulsory.
Photos and filming
Group sessions may be photographed or filmed. Nothing of you is used publicly without your written permission, and one to one conversations are never recorded.
Coaching, not therapy
The mindset work is coaching. It is not therapy and not a substitute for professional mental-health support.
